Service Description

Book an on-site equine massage therapy session to enhance your horse's performance. A 60-minute session improves flexibility, prevents injury, boosts blood flow, and promotes overall well-being.


Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payments * A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all online bookings. * The remaining balance is due at the end of the session. Cancellations * To cancel a booking, you must contact Equine Therapeutic Services directly. Session Requirements * Plan your schedule accordingly. * Someone must remain with the horse for the entire duration of the massage session. * The owner is required to complete all necessary paperwork before the session. Assumption of Risks By booking a session, the owner acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the care provided, including but not limited to: * Injury or death of the animal. * Ineffectiveness of bodywork as a treatment. * Personal injury or property damage caused by the animal. * The owner has voluntarily chosen to accept these risks. Waiver of Claims The owner, individually and on behalf of their spouse, heirs, and assigns, waives any claims against Sara Sykes, CEMT, her employees, or volunteers, arising from or related to: * Injuries to persons or property caused by the animal. * Incidents occurring during the session or while on the premises. * Travel or use of any equipment, vehicles, or goods associated with this activity. * Any negligence or gross negligence by Sara Sykes, CEMT, her employees, or volunteers. Indemnity The owner agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sara Sykes, CEMT, her employees, and volunteers from any claims, demands, or lawsuits for property damage, personal injury, or death, including legal fees and costs, arising from bodywork provided for the animal, regardless of cause. Equine Activities Notice UNDER GEORGIA LAW, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for injury or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, as outlined in Chapter 12 of Title 4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. Choice of Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and will be interpreted and enforced in a Georgia court of proper jurisdiction. Owner Representations By signing this agreement, the owner represents and warrants: * They are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the animal. * They are entering this agreement voluntarily, without duress or undue influence. * They have carefully read, understood, and agree to all terms in this agreement. * By proceeding with the booking, the owner agrees to these terms and conditions
